Hi Sarah,
Everything you said makes perfect sense and you are absolutely correct on all points. It is almost like you have been there with us on the walks. I am so glad you understood what I was saying. I feel like we have a new game plan that I feel really good about and I think it will work. We started last night and he really seemed to enjoy the plan. It was like being in heaven for him! Thank you so much for you advice. It is a relief to know that we can go to you whenever we have questions. I really appreciate it. I will let you know how we progress.

Hi Sarah,
Just wanted to let you know that we took Rascal for a long walk yesterday and he did great! The leash walking was easy, pulling on the leash was minimal. We saw several other dogs, he got a little excited around a few of them, but calmed down quickly. Overall he did great - considering he has not been out much this winter. It was a very enjoyable walk for both of us. I was very proud of him. Thank you very much for your help.

Hi Sarah!
I just wanted to shoot you a quick email to say thank you for your all help last year. Since you've been gone Jack has made some huge strides. I really believe it's because of the training completed at your guidance (which we continue to do weekly). He still barks like crazy but the aggression, both towards human and dogs, as subsided greatly. Believe it or not, we now spend every morning at the dog park. He has his bad days and sometimes seems to have no idea how to 'play' but he'll sit there and watch the other dogs. He is just a happy dog these dogs and I thought you'd like to hear. Hope you had a wonderful holiday! Happy New Year!
Thanks again!

Hey Sarah!
Hope all is well. I was interested in having you train more with Sammy. He is getting older and he just doesn't listen all the time when we call him. I am hoping you can help with extra obedience. He needs it and you were awesome with him when he was a puppy. Please let me know what you recommend and we will make a date.
Thanks,
Meghan

Dear Sarah,
A huge thank you for all your training with Bradie. Today I had my mother, 2 sisters (one of whom is Mary Jane R), and Bradie come visit for the afternoon. During the initial jump, which Mary Jane quickly interrupted with "touch, click, food treat", Bradie immediately settled into paying attention and listening to commands!!! It was astounding. We all had a wonderfully enjoyable afternoon, and kept commenting on how it was so peaceful having Bradie be "one of the girls". We all love Bradie so much and now have a way of interacting with her that is a balance of "civilized", energized, and relaxing.
Mary Jane had taken Bradie for a long walk before they came over (which she said was also a positive experience for owner and dog!!!).
We sing your praises!
Jeanne (Mary Jane's sister)

We have a three year old German Sheppard/ beagle mix. We live off a busy street and Tank has gotten loose and takes off and doesn't come back until he was good and tired. He is only 55 lbs, but he pulled so hard on the leash we couldn't take a walk with him.
We found the training with Sarah unbelievable. She really had great advice for Tank's issues. With her techniques and lot of practicing, Tank walks along with me without pulling. We are able to take a walk in the morning with every creature out there to distract him, (rabbits, dogs).I just repeat the commands and we are both enjoying the exercise. Tank doesn't try to escape every time the door opens anymore, once we say the commands, he stays and waits for his leash. Before the training, he would push by us and get out loose. Tank has gotten out from my young boys, now he runs around the house until I can get out there with the clicker and his bag of treats. He hears the clicking noise and runs right back to me. I couldn't believe the first time I tried it. It really works if you work hard with the training. I enjoyed the training with Sarah so much. She is a great trainer and great friend to have on your side. Tank is much happy and not so excited because he is getting the attention and exercise he needs.
Sincerely,
Kim

Hi Sarah,
I was very happy with the results with Trooper. Practice seems to be so important. I really feel the training was a big help and worth the money. With two children, I wish I could budget more time with you, it was so worth it. The time schedule couldn't be more flexible, you were always willing to make the times work for both of us. I would recommend it no problem. My only regret would be, Trooper only listens to me, when he does get loose, once he sees me, he listens to my commands. Having training time with others members would be the only thing I wished I had asked for. I enjoyed the training myself. Well worth the money and time. I would be happy to make forward your information to others.
Thanks,
Nora

Sarah,
I'd be more than happy to be a reference for anyone looking for one. You can share my information. I definitely believe it was worth the time and the money for the personalized training. I've talked to a number of people who have gone to group training sessions for less but in every case they thought it was a waste because they didn't get the personalized attention or the dog wouldn't cooperate. Seamus is definitely reacting better to different situations and has moved out of his stubborn stage (at least for now). The schedule was very flexible which was helpful. I liked the fact that we were able to take Seamus to the Arboretum which help train in "real world" situations which he sees every day. Thanks Sarah and let me know if there is any way I can help out w/referrals.
